PartsBase is seeking a Manager of Customer Acquisition to lead a remote, US-based sales team. You will coach, coach, and close deals while building a scalable process to drive regional and global growth for our aviation SaaS platform.

You’ll mentor a diverse team, shape strategic plans, and collaborate across functions to maximize revenue and talent development in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales.
• 3+ years in a sales leadership role, managing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performance sales team through mentoring and motivation.
• Act as player-coach: prospect, pitch, and close deals with the team.
• Drive revenue by building strong customer relationships and trust.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with regional/global objectives.
• Conduct pipeline reviews and account planning to improve efficiency and growth.
• Represent the brand and drive revenue while nurturing team culture.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of top talent.
• Champion sales mastery through ongoing training.
