Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced leader for a fulltime traveling role supporting aviation projects across the United States. The role reports to the Aviation Market Segment Group and prefers prior aviation or airport project experience.

You will manage Special Systems procurement, budgets, quality, safety, coordination, and closeout, while developing teams and collaborating with engineers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure client goals are met from initiation to completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience with progressive responsibility and exposure to construction design, cost, sequence, logistics and field installations of substantial Low Voltage systems and IT Infrastructure components.
• Experience with installation of one or more major Special Systems and IT Infrastructure components, required.
• Working knowledge of TIA/EIA and BICSI.

Responsibilities

• Manage Special Systems procurement, project budgets, quality, safety, engineering, coordination, scheduling, installation, commissioning, and close-out processes.
• Interpret and review Special Systems contract documents to mitigate and manage project risk across SD-30%, DD-60%, CD-100% documents and related RFI and change orders.
• Lead, supervise, and develop Turner Special Systems employees and coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and owner representatives.
