Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an Experienced Special Systems Superintendent for a full-time traveling assignment across the United States, reporting to the Aviation Market Segment Group. The role oversees installation, scheduling, safety, and coordination of Special Systems on aviation projects.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with low voltage systems, IT infrastructure, and ability to manage subcontractors, review drawings, and ensure compliance with Turner standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive construction design, cost, scheduling, logistics and field installation experience in Special Systems/Low Voltage and IT Infrastructure.
• Experience installing major Special Systems and IT Infrastructure components.
• Knowledge of TIA/EIA and BICSI standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Special Systems installation per contract docs, schedule, quality, and staffing.
• Develop comprehensive Special Systems schedule with engineering coordination.
• Manage relationships with Subcontractors and Trades; coordinate with other disciplines.
• Lead coordination of Special Systems with MEP disciplines and design consultants.
• Review and resolve issues related to procedures, design clarifications, labor, and schedule.
