Job summary

Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics is seeking an Admissions Representative for the Myrtle Beach Campus to engage prospective students, coordinate campus tours, and guide applicants through enrollment. You will present program information in line with accreditation standards and follow up to ensure timely enrollment.

You may travel to local high schools and community events to promote aviation education, participating in open houses and presentations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or higher.
• Experience in admissions, teaching, or sales is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, high schools, counselors, and the community.
• Schedule campus tours by contacting leads via phone, text, email, or mail.
• Use Salesforce/CRM to follow up with leads regularly.
• Represent PIA at career days, career fairs, and community events.
• Provide up-to-date materials and information regarding PIA programs to prospective students.
