Aviation Institute of Maintenance is seeking a results-driven Admissions Representative to join our Philadelphia team. This role focuses on guiding prospective students toward informed academic decisions and connecting them with suitable programs.

You will drive outreach efforts and support applicants through the admissions process. Responsibilities include enabling enrollment, coordinating appointments, and participating in career fairs and open houses, with occasional evenings or weekends to

Qualifications

• Education requirements as listed: High School Diploma or GED; an Associate's or higher degree is preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service with KPI attainment is expected.
• Admissions experience in a proprietary (for-profit) post-secondary setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fit.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings to support applicants.
• Achieve enrollment goals by leading through personal performance.
• Guide students from inquiry to enrollment, including appointment setting and application assistance.
• Track application status and ensure documentation is completed.
• Assist with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs.
