Job summary

Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM) in Indianapolis is hiring a results-driven Admissions Representative. You will connect prospective students with FAA-approved programs, meet KPIs for outreach, conversion, applications, and enrollment, and guide candidates through the admissions process.

The role requires strong communication, initiative, and organization; evenings and occasional Saturdays may be required. Compensation ranges per hour with benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Proven sales or customer service experience with KPI track record.
• Admissions experience in a proprietary post-secondary setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility, career goals, and program fit.
• Conduct high-volume outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person or virtual meetings to engage and support prospective students.
• Achieve and maintain enrollment goals through consistent performance against KPIs.
• Guide students through each stage of the admissions process, including initial inquiry, appointment setting, interviews, application assistance, documentation, and enrollment.
• Proactively follow up with prospective students to maintain engagement and address potential barriers to enrollment.
• Track student application status, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
• Represent AIM at recruitment events, including open houses, career fairs, and community outreach activities.
