This role emphasizes meeting KPIs such as outreach volume, conversion to appointment and completed applications, with occasional evenings and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate degree or higher preferred.
• Proven sales or customer service experience with KPI targets.
• At least 1 year of admissions experience in for-profit post-secondary education preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new systems.
• Flexible to occasional evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and fit.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email and meetings to support applicants.
• Achieve enrollment goals by leading through personal performance.
• Guide students from inquiry to enrollment, including appointments and applications.
• Track application status and ensure required documentation is completed.
• Assist with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs.
