Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is seeking an administrative support professional to assist a dedicated business unit. You will handle daily tasks such as badge processing, account setup, onboarding tools, and coordination with leadership to monitor employee status.

The role requires 18+ years of age, credentials per airport/state requirements, and a valid driver’s license. This position offers full-time work with rotating shifts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/out equipment/badges to staff as they clock in/out for their shift.
• Create AvTech Accounts for employees, as needed.
• Complete Daily Pass Down.
• Communicate with Leadership regarding employees' status.
• Ensure employee uniform compliance for all positions.
• File all paperwork accordingly (missed punch forms, time off request, etc.).
• Answer employee questions regarding policies and procedures.
• Support new hires with onboarding tools, including guidance on the On-the-Job app.
• Monitor and ensure equipment is charged and ready for use throughout the day.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and refrain from engaging in workplace gossip.
