Prospect Airport Services is seeking an administrative support professional to assist a dedicated business unit. You will help with onboarding tools, staff accounts, and daily operational tasks to keep the team running smoothly.

The role requires attention to policy details, professional conduct, and the ability to work rotating shifts across days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Join a team focused on safety, service, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/out equipment/badges to staff as they clock in/out for their shift
• Creation of AvTech Accounts for employees, as needed
• Complete Daily Pass Down
• Communicate with Leadership regarding employees' status (such as being sent home or badge testing)
• Ensure employee uniform compliance for all positions
• File all paperwork accordingly (missed punch forms, time off request, etc.)
• Answer employee question regarding policies and procedures
• Support new hires with onboarding tools, including guidance on the On-the-Job (OJT) app.
• Monitor and ensure equipment is charged and ready for use throughout the day.
• Maintain a high level of professionalis m at all times and refrain from engaging in workplace gossip, promoting a respectful and positive work environment.
