Job summary

Sherwood Aviation is seeking an Account Manager Administrator to provide administrative, operational, and customer service support within the aviation industry. You will handle customer accounts, process orders, maintain records, and coordinate internal communications to ensure timely responses.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced aviation environment while upholding professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative, sales support, customer service, or account management experience.
• Experience in aviation, aerospace, aircraft parts distribution, or MRO operations preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and order processing software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to Account Managers.
• Assist with managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate information.
• Respond to inquiries regarding quotations, POs, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers for order updates and concerns.
• Support customer follow-ups and account-related activities.
• Assist with documentation requests for audits and inspections.
