Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments throughout the maintenance or service process.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate repair projects, inspections, modifications, and component services with Operations and Maintenance teams.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, costs, and customer expectations to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, work scopes, and service agreements.
• Review maintenance estimates, change orders, invoices, and final billing with customers.
• Provide customers with regular updates regarding maintenance progress, schedule changes, and delivery timelines.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally while coordinating corrective actions with internal departments.
• Identify opportunities to expand services, increase customer value, and support business development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, communications, and account activity in the company's CRM or ERP system.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Finance to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Support customer audits, visits, and business reviews.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with customer requirements and company policies.
