Sherwood Aviation is seeking an Account Manager Administrator to provide administrative, operational, and customer service support within the aviation industry. Qualifications

• 2+ years in administrative, sales support, customer service, or account management.
• Experience in aviation/aerospace/MRO is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/order processing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to Account Managers.
• Assist with managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate information.
• Respond to inquiries regarding quotations, purchase orders, pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain communication with customers for updates and concerns.
• Assist with customer follow-ups and account-related activities.
• Support CRM initiatives to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Organize aviation documentation (COC, FAA 8130-3, EASA 1) and traceability records.
• Coordinate with QA to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Verify documentation is available for orders.
• Assist with audits and inspections documentation.
