Sherwood Aviation is seeking an Account Manager Administrator in Florida to provide administrative, operational, and customer service support to the Account Management department within the aviation industry. This role involves assisting with customer accounts, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, coordinating internal communications, and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in administrative, sales support, customer service, or account management.
• Aviation/aerospace/MRO experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and order processing software preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsabilités

• Provide daily administrative support to Account Managers.
• Assist with managing customer accounts and maintaining customer information.
• Respond to inquiries regarding quotations, purchase orders, pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain communication with customers for order updates and concerns.
• Assist with customer follow-ups and account-related activities.
• Support CRM initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with obtaining and organizing aviation documentation (COC, FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1).
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure documentation meets requirements.
• Verify documentation is available and maintained for orders.
• Support procedures compliance and audits.
