Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but accounting work history is an excellent substitute.
• Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks or other accounting software.
• Willingness to take on new projects and responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Supervising the accounting department through data entry, research, project management, accounting, recordkeeping, A/P, A/R and owner reporting.
• Create, review and distribute invoices, account statements and owner statements.
• Reconcile aircraft activity folders, flight logs and expense reports for timely invoicing.
• Maintain professionalism when communicating with pilots, owners, and clients.
