Aviation Advisor, Inc. in Kenosha, WI is seeking an Aircraft Management Sales Representative to join our team and drive client acquisition for aircraft management services.

The role works closely with the Vice President of Business Development to identify prospects and close deals in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have aviation experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining high standards of service,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• 5 years of prior aviation experience in aircraft sales and management.
• Knowledge of FAR Part 91 & Part 135.
• Ability to prospect and sell to target market.
• Solid negotiating and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies to sign up aircraft management clients.
• Maintain a database of qualified leads through referrals, face-to-face interaction, cold-calling, direct mail, email, and networking.
• Identify and maintain regular contact with prospective clients and ensure high-level service.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales contacts for new clients.
• Represent the company at community and business meetings.
