Job summary

Swissport International AG is seeking an Account Manager to supervise daily operations from an administrative and operational standpoint, ensuring passenger service staff meet airline targets while following Swissport and customer procedures. The expected pay rate is $28/hour.

The role includes supervising scheduling, payroll, safety, and documentation; acting as the primary contact for assigned accounts, and covering as manager on duty when needed.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• 5 years leadership experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Extensive airport operational experience.
• MS Excel and Outlook proficiency.
• Knowledge of AE, FSC, SWP point system preferred.
• Strong leadership with the ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous Swissport account supervisor experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff scheduling, reporting and absences.
• Control daily payroll, hours, exceptions and overtime.
• Monitor staff appearance and compliance during operations.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
• Update company manuals and documentation.
• Enter daily hours into FSC system.
• Oversee discipline, performance and morale.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Conduct investigations for irregularities with written reports.
• Capture and maintain KPIs.
