Swissport International AG is seeking an Account Manager Passenger Services in Chicago to supervise daily operations, coordinate with customer and passenger service managers, and act as duty manager when required. Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• 5 years leadership experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Extensive airport operational experience.
• Computer literate with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff scheduling, reporting and absences.
• Control payroll, hours, exceptions and overtime.
• Monitor appearance and compliance during operations.
• Maintain safety, quality standards, and documentation.
• Enter daily hours into FSC.
• Manage discipline, performance and morale.
• Ensure timely completion of all assigned work.
• Investigate irregularities and submit reports.
• Track KPIs and oversee HS&E activities at the station.
