Swissport in Boston is seeking an Account Manager to supervise daily operations from an administrative and operational perspective, ensuring passenger service staff meet customer airline targets while following Swissport procedures. You will serve as the primary contact with customer and passenger service manager for assigned accounts and may cover as manager on duty.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent required.
• 5 years leadership experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Extensive airport operational experience preferred.
• Computer literate with MS Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control staff scheduling, reporting, and absences.
• Control daily staff payroll, hours, exceptions, and overtime.
• Monitor personnel appearance and compliance with procedures.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
• Maintain and update company manuals and documentation.
• Enter daily hours into FSC.
• Oversee discipline, performance, and morale.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
• Conduct investigations for irregularities and file reports.
• Capture and maintain key performance indicators.
