Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced onsite AV/VC Operations Tier 3 Technician to deliver top-tier support for video conferencing and room systems in a dynamic enterprise environment.

You will escalate issues, troubleshoot complex AV setups, coordinate installations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain room readiness and reliability across client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma/GED with 5+ years of AV operations experience.
• Subject matter expertise in AV deployments and operations support in a corporate environment.
• CTS certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Crestron, QSC, Shure, LED walls and related hardware.
• 2+ years' experience with Crestron and ability to load system code and firmware.
• Strong textual and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Escalation contact for AV equipment issues unresolved by Tier 1/2 technicians.
• Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting for AV systems.
• Coordinate physical installation of AV equipment and oversee room setups.
• Manage ticketing and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Support video conferencing room hardware (Google Meet/Zoom kits).
• Troubleshoot LED walls and related display technologies.
• Ensure logging and reporting for performance metrics.
