Job summary

Agil3 Technology Solutions (A3T) seeks an experienced AV/VTC Technician to install, operate, maintain, and support audiovisual and video-conferencing systems across government facilities. You will perform system checks, troubleshoot issues, support events, and assist users in proper operation of AV/VTC equipment.

Responsibilities include configuring devices, resolving hardware and software problems, and coordinating with IT teams to ensure reliable, secure communications.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional AV/VTC or related tech support experience.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance is required.
• Meets DoD 8140/DCWF requirements for Work Role 441 at Advanced proficiency.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting AV/VTC equipment.
• Experience supporting enterprise AV environments in conference rooms/classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Configure, operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot AV/VTC systems.
• Perform scheduled checks to ensure equipment is mission-ready.
• Provide technical support for video conferences, meetings, and events.
• Set up AV/VTC equipment before events and verify functionality.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral issues.
• Diagnose problems and escalate to engineering for network or cybersecurity issues.
• Maintain documentation of equipment, maintenance, and incidents.
• Coordinate with IT Service Desk and Network Engineers to resolve incidents.
