Job summary

Dexian is seeking an AV/IT Support Engineer to maintain and optimize our AV infrastructure across multiple locations in Richmond, VA. You will act as the subject matter expert for Zoom-related solutions, including Zoom Rooms and digital signage, and manage incident workflows within our governance framework.

You will provide on-site support during regular hours with some on-call, after-hours, or weekend shifts, and travel between facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in technical support or operations.
• At least 1 year in IT systems, networking, and infrastructure.
• At least 1 year supporting desktop platforms and OS.
• Proven experience with incident management and reporting tools.
• Foundational knowledge of networking, conference room equipment, AV controllers, and audio signal processing.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Support the organization's AV environment during regular business hours, with flexibility for some on-call, after-hours, and weekend support.
• Travel between onsite locations as needed to support different facilities.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or operations.
• At least 1 year of experience working with IT systems, networking, and infrastructure.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting desktop platforms and operating systems.
• Proven experience with incident management and reporting tools.
• Foundational knowledge of networking, conference room equipment, AV controllers, and audio signal processing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AV hardware such as Poly, Biamp, Crestron, controllers, and audio DSPs.
• Familiarity with platforms including Zoom, Zoom Rooms, and Zoom Digital Signage.
• Ability to sit onsite at the West Creek location and travel to facilities as required.
