ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an AV Support Technician in Westlake, OH to provide on-site technical support for video and audio conferencing. You will assist customers in scheduling and launching calls, support high-profile events, and resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires experience with AV/IT systems and conferencing platforms, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting Audio-Visual and/or IT systems, especially with video conferencing products.
• Knowledge of H.320, H.323, and SIP.
• Experience with Zoom, Teams, or similar conferencing platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Mansioni

• Provide onsite technical support for video and audio conferencing issues.
• Assist customers in scheduling and launching video conference calls.
• Support high-level events, track incidents, and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Install, configure, and support video conferencing equipment including Poly, Cisco, Logitech, or Neat devices.
• Maintain detailed support and process documentation to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
