Mission Critical Solutions (MCS) is seeking an experienced AV Sales Representative to join our Orlando team. The role involves selling AV product lines and services to government, education, and enterprise clients, with emphasis on relationship building and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of AV sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience selling a product or service
• Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
• Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
• Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Q-SYS is preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, promote, and sell MCS’s product lines to prospective customers involving Crestron, Extron, AMX, QSC, and BIAMP
• Develop and foster relationships to close sales and promote customer retention
• Meet and exceed targets for new customer acquisition
• Track progress and results by recording prospect interactions in the CRM system
• Research and understand target market and stay abreast of industry trends and government regulations
