Job summary

B&B Integrations, a Lancaster-based AV specialist, seeks an experienced sales engineer to assess client needs, design custom AV systems, and drive profitable opportunities. You will manage CRM and quoting tools, prepare compelling proposals, and coordinate with engineers for installations.

The role emphasizes maintaining long-term client relationships, staying current on AV tech, and contributing to marketing efforts to showcase installations. A valid PA driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in AV, low voltage, or related field.
• 3+ years in AV systems sales or installation
• Ability to read proposals, contracts, and cost estimates
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to assess AV needs and design custom AV systems.
• Manage CRM and quoting tools to document opportunities and proposals.
• Prepare and present proposals to customers.
• Coordinate with project managers and technicians for successful installations and training.
• Maintain relationships and provide ongoing support to existing clients.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to stay informed on AV products and best practices.
• Create detailed AV system drawings and installation resources.
• Develop marketing content to highlight successful installations.
