Job summary

CTI in Gresham, OR is seeking an AV Service Specialist to troubleshoot and maintain high-end AV and conferencing systems. You will work independently and with programmers to load updated files, and you will be the face of our company to clients.

Candidates need at least four years in AV integration installations and troubleshooting; an associate degree is preferred but not required; strong customer service is essential.
