CTI is seeking an AV Service Specialist in Tukwila, WA to troubleshoot, maintain, and support high-end AV and conference systems for clients. You will work with programmers for updates, perform preventative maintenance, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 4 years of AV integration experience, strong communication, and a solution-oriented attitude. An associate degree is preferred, and the company offers comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with AV integration installations and troubleshooting.
• Associate degree preferred, but experience considered.
• Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate at optimum levels.
• Load updated files with Programmers as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
