Qualifications

• Four+ years of commercial AV integration installations experience.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service calls for installed AV systems (overnight travel may be required).
• Troubleshoot displays, audio, video walls, and conferencing platforms.
• Resolve hardware, software and configuration issues and maintain records.
