CTI, based near Seattle in the Tukwila, WA area, is seeking an AV Service Specialist to uphold our mission of providing a fantastic customer experience. You will troubleshoot complex AV/IT issues and perform preventative maintenance to keep systems running at peak performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with AV integration installations and troubleshooting.
• Associate's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service experience and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate at optimum levels.
• Work with Programmers to load updated files.
• Other tasks as assigned.
