Job summary

CTI, a leading AV provider based in Reston, VA, is seeking an AV Service Specialist who combines technical expertise with strong customer service. You will diagnose complex AV issues, perform preventative maintenance, and collaborate with programmers to load updates, while representing CTI to clients in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in AV integration, understands AV/IT networking, and brings a can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• AV/IT Networking: Knowledge of the AV industry is a must! At least 4 years of experience with AV integration installations and troubleshooting are required.
• Customer Service Experience: A must! CTI values customer care and client satisfaction.
• Attitude and Aptitude: Eagerness to learn and tackle any situation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
• Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files
• Other tasks as assigned
