Job summary

SAV Digital Environments is hiring a full-time AV Project Manager in Bozeman, MT. The role oversees commercial and residential installation projects from sales through completion, focusing on profitability, customer satisfaction and SAV’s reputation.

The ideal candidate has AV project management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Benefits include health insurance, PTO and a competitive bonus structure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required.
• Previous project management experience in the AV field is required.
• Experience interpreting blueprints, construction plan sets and architectural drawings preferred.
• Familiarity with AV control systems (Crestron, Lutron, Savant) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive communication between SAV and all involved parties, including client, general contractors, architect, interior/lighting designers, engineers and consultants.
• Ensure timely completion and delivery of project documents to communicate wiring design, layout, aesthetics and programming requirements to field personnel and clients.
• Accurately forecast and communicate project schedules and timelines.
• Maintain detailed task lists, timelines and milestones for each project within project management software.
• Coordinate site walks and inspections throughout construction and at completion to ensure quality control.
• Schedule and conduct project review and status update meetings and keep projects on schedule.
