SAV Digital Environments in Bozeman, MT is hiring a full-time Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential AV installations from sales through completion, optimizing profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with clients, general contractors, designers, engineers and technicians, ensuring timely delivery of documents, schedules, and task lists while keeping projects on budget and on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required.
• Experience managing AV installation projects.
• Clean driving record required.
• Experience interpreting blueprints or construction documents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and residential AV installation projects from sales through completion.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, general contractors, architects, engineers, and designers.
• Forecast and communicate project schedules and timelines; manage task lists and milestones.
• Coordinate site walks and inspections to ensure quality and safety.
• Lead internal and external project review meetings to avoid schedule slippage.
• Coordinate purchasing of equipment and materials to keep projects on track.
