Job summary

SAV Digital Environments in Bozeman, MT seeks a Site Superintendent to lead on-site management for custom AV installation projects from sales to completion. You’ll drive project profitability, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold our reputation for reliability.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Project Manager, contractors, and technicians; maintaining schedules; inspecting sites; and resolving on-site challenges with independent decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience in AV industry or related field.
• Experience interpreting blueprints/construction plans.
• Familiarity with control systems (Crestron, Lutron, Savant).
• Familiarity with Wrike or similar project management software.
• High School education or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive on-site communication between Project Manager and all parties.
• On-site execution of the project plan as laid out by the Project Manager.
• Provide field support for project expectations as defined by the Project Manager.
• Maintain project timelines with effective site management and milestones.
• Track and document on-site changes and challenges.
