Job summary

SAV Digital Environments in Bozeman, MT seeks a Site Superintendent to manage on-site AV installation projects from sales through completion, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and SAV technicians; maintaining schedules; inspecting sites; and handling on-site decisions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in the AV industry
• Experience interpreting blueprints, construction plans, and architectural drawings
• Familiarity with control systems such as Crestron, Lutron, and Savant
• Familiarity with Wrike or similar project management software
• High School education or GED
• Clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive on-site communication between Project Manager and involved parties (GCs, trades, SAV technicians).
• Execute the project plan on-site as laid out by the Project Manager.
• Provide field support for project expectations defined by the PM.
• Maintain project timelines through site management and relaying information.
• Keep detailed task lists, timelines, and milestones in project software.
• Conduct site walks and inspections during construction and at completion for QC.
• Track and communicate on-site changes and challenges promptly.
• Make independent decisions as needed on-site.
