Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking a Network Services Technician to manage venue networking products and services, including configuration and maintenance, while handling networking-related customer inquiries. The role involves participating in all floor activities such as sets, strikes, and general AV duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years AV or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead client communications regarding networking experience with best-in-class service.
• Install, configure and test equipment attached to the network.
• Assist with network design and temporary circuits per client specs.
• Troubleshoot networking and AV equipment including client laptops.
• Coordinate with Sales/Operations on on-site networking needs.
