Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking a Network Services Manager to lead the venue-based networking team at premier properties and manage network configuration, maintenance, and client inquiries. This role emphasizes delivering best-in-class customer service while coordinating with sales and operations to meet client needs.

The position focuses on managing networking installations, testing, and support, while supporting revenue growth and maintaining high standards across all venues.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong technical aptitude across networking concepts.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience managing a networking/AV team.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution for venue-based networking with top-tier customer service.
• Train and develop networking team per SOPs and drive growth.
• Coordinate with hotel sales and clients regarding networking needs.
• Install, configure, test equipment attached to the network.
• Troubleshoot networking and AV equipment and client laptops.
• Oversee inventory and ensure documentation of changes.
