Job summary

Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz is seeking an Audio Visual Specialist in New York to configure, operate, and support conference room and event technology for meetings, trainings, and videoconferences.

You will provide in-room and remote support, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain documentation, inventory, and procedures while ensuring security and client-focused service in a high-profile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related experience may substitute.
• At least five years of experience supporting audiovisual technology, enterprise meetings, events, or conference center operations.
• CTS or similar certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, test, operate, monitor, and support audio, video, collaboration, presentation, recording, and control-system technology for meetings, training, videoconferences, and events.
• Provide in-room and remote meeting support, including pre-meeting checks and content sharing.
• Troubleshoot conference room equipment and network connectivity; document and elevate issues as needed.
• Coordinate meeting requirements and room readiness with clients, IT, event coordinators, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Create operating procedures and end-user training materials.
• Record or stream meetings and manage media when authorized; ensure confidentiality and security requirements.
