Job summary

Strategic Connections is seeking a detail-driven Project Coordinator / Associate PM to support execution of commercial AV and low voltage cabling integration projects in Raleigh, NC. You will help keep projects on schedule, within budget, and moving forward through strong coordination, tracking, and communication.

Responsibilities include coordinating field teams, vendors, and internal resources; managing procurement and lead times; maintaining submittals, RFIs, and change orders; and assisting

• Coordinate field teams, vendors, and internal resources.
• Manage equipment procurement, purchase orders, and lead times.
• Maintain project documentation (submittals, RFIs, change orders).
• Track project progress, risks, and action items.
• Assist with job cost tracking, billing support, and reporting.
• Help drive punch list completion and project closeout.
