Job summary

Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation seeks an Audio Visual Technician - IT to design, install, and support enterprise A/V systems. You will train end users and handle day-to-day IT requests across tribal locations.

The role requires knowledge of A/V equipment, digital signage software, and networking basics, with opportunities to work with cutting-edge signage platforms and streaming tools. On-site collaboration across departments is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum two years of audio-visual related experience, including projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and LCD/Plasma displays.
• Experience with digital signage software such as Industry Weapon, Crestron, Orange Door, and SpinetiX is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set-ups, tests and operates a variety of A/V equipment including microphones, speakers, projectors, video screens, and video monitors.
• Performs maintenance and repairs of equipment and coordinates with service vendors when needed.
• Transports, sets up, removes and operates A/V equipment for onsite meetings and events.
• Operates digital signage and audio software to meet enterprise requirements around music genres, volume and inputs/outputs.
• Provides technical support for PCs and peripheral devices as needed.
• Supports audio and video streaming platforms to ensure correct content is delivered to appropriate areas.
• Tracks and maintains inventory of A/V equipment using a centralized asset management database.
