Job summary

Flexdrive in Nashville is seeking a meticulous Repair Coordinator to own the complete repair and parts lifecycle for our 24/7 autonomous vehicle operations. You will oversee work orders, parts procurement, and inventory to minimize downtime while upholding strict security standards.

You will coordinate with technicians, manage cycle times, and ensure accurate documentation across SAP and fleet systems in a high-regulation environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
• Experience with ERP/SAP and fleet management tools is required.
• Knowledge of cycle counting and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders and repairs lifecycle, coordinating with technicians and depot priorities.
• Control on-site inventory and parts transactions, ensuring 99%+ accuracy.
• Ensure security, quality compliance, and proper documentation for all parts and repairs.
• Log parts consumption and provide reports to optimize stock levels and costs.
• Coordinate 24/7 operations, provide on-call support, and ensure safety procedures.
