The ideal candidate will possess strong signal flow knowledge, intermediate networking capabilities, and effective communication skills to engage with clients directly. A structured approach to problem-solving and experience with AV technologies is essential for success in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in professional AV service/integration or IT/UC support.
• Strong understanding of signal flow, audio formats, video standards, and control ecosystems.
• Intermediate networking capability, including IP addressing and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve AV equipment issues, including displays, projectors, and microphones.
• Perform end-to-end signal-flow analysis and document corrective actions.
• Lead small service engagements and assist Senior staff on larger outages.
