Job summary

CTI is a leading audiovisual provider seeking an experienced Audio Video Field Specialist for our Washington, D.C. branch. The role demands a minimum of four years of AV installation experience and a strong customer-focused approach in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience with leading audio-visual installations.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with installations on multiple sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate optimally.
• Work with Programmers to load updated files.
• Complete final product configuration, testing and commissioning.
• Train End Users on products.
• Overnight travel required (company paid).
• Other tasks as assigned.
