Job summary

CTI is seeking an Audio Video Field Specialist to support the San Francisco Bay Area, including Hayward, CA, with installation, commissioning, and service of advanced AV systems. This role requires a proven track record in AV/IT projects and a strong commitment to delivering a fantastic customer experience.

The candidate should have at least 4 years of hands-on experience and excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Customer Service Experience: A must! Our customers are #1 and we need someone who can take care of them, treating them as such.
• Attitude and Aptitude: Eager to learn and ready to tackle any situation with AV/IT Networking knowledge is a must; at least 4 years of experience with audio‑visual installations, commissioning, and service.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
• Work with programmers as needed to load updated files
• Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions
• Other tasks as assigned
