CTI is seeking an Audio Video Field Specialist for our New Jersey branch in Piscataway. You will diagnose and resolve complex AV issues, perform preventative maintenance, and collaborate with programmers to load updated files, while ensuring ideal system performance.

The role requires at least 4 years of commercial AV integration experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Travel is estimated at 40% with company-paid arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on systems to ensure optimum operation.
• Coordinate with Programmers to load updated files and configurations.
• Complete final product configuration, testing and commissioning of systems.
• Train end users on AV solutions and conduct walk-throughs.
• Lead or assist with installations across multiple sites; travel up to 40% (overnight).
