Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in technical support, networking, field service, PC repair or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in repair/maintenance/theory of Digital projection systems and/or other Audio systems, in technical support, networking, field service, PC repair or related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve AV and cinema system issues.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance, including travel and testing.
• Provide on-site and remote support to restore system operation.
• Install, decommission and service AV and cinema equipment at customer sites or Christie facilities.
• Maintain safety, KPIs and proper use of tools and inventory.
