Job summary

Christie is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve AV and cinema system issues. The role emphasizes on-site field work with substantial travel and hands-on repairs, installation, and servicing for global clients.

You will gain essential training and grow into more complex tasks while ensuring safety and service KPIs are met. The position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience in technical support, networking, field service or related.
• Experience in repair/maintenance/theory of Digital projection systems and/or other Audio systems.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly, including international trips, as part of core responsibilities.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely to restore system functionality.
• Perform repairs, maintenance, installations and decommissioning of AV and cinema systems at customer locations or Christie facilities.
• Provide product and technical system training to customers and ensure effective operation of AV systems.
