Job summary

The Event Services Technician at Pinnacle Live supports floor operations, including setup, strike and operation of AV technologies in a hotel environment, delivering unmatched service to guests and clients.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, exposure to audiovisual or hospitality, strong computer skills, and excellent communication, organization, and teamwork. Travel is expected to be less than 5% based on events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and strike event equipment per SOPs.
• Greet guests/clients and provide instruction on equipment use.
• Maintain clear client communication to ensure event success.
• Coordinate with clients to fulfill requests and improve events.
• Keep inventory secure and ensure equipment works properly.
• Support ongoing technical skill development across audio/video/data and networking.
