Job summary

Pinnacle Live, a premier in-house AV and event production company, seeks an Event Services Technician to support floor operations, setup, strike, and live event execution in hotel settings. You will deliver exceptional service to guests and clients while maintaining equipment and inventory in good condition.

Responsibilities include assisting with event logistics, communicating with clients, and ensuring all protocols and SOPs are followed. Prior AV exposure and strong teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior exposure to AV or hospitality preferred.
• Basic computer hardware, software, and networking understanding.

Responsibilities

• Assist with floor operations and setup/strike of AV systems.
• Provide guests with clear instructions on equipment operation.
• Maintain accurate client event information and coordinate with clients.
