Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC is seeking an Event Services Technician to support floor operations in a hotel/hospitality setting. You will assist with setup, operation, and strike of AV and related technology while delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, ensuring equipment readiness, and maintaining inventory. Prior experience in AV or hospitality is preferred, with strong teamwork and communication required.

Qualifications

• Experience with audio/visual in hospitality settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions.
• Ability to plan and organize event operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and strike event equipment according to SOPs.
• Greet guests and explain equipment operations.
