Job summary

Pinnacle Live seeks a Senior Event Services Technician to support floor operations, setup and strike of tech solutions in a hotel/hospitality setting. You will focus on delivering exceptional service to guests and clients, while mentoring junior technicians.

Responsibilities include ensuring SOP-compliant event execution, inventory control, and ongoing skill development in audio, video, data and networking. Candidates should have strong communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in the audio visual and/or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Computer proficiency in hardware, software and networking is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate event sets and strikes per Company SOPs.
• Assist with floor operations and monitor equipment during events.
• Greet guests/clients and provide clear operating instructions for equipment.
• Maintain accurate client event information in company systems.
• Ensure inventory is secure and equipment is in good working order.
• Support continuous skill development in audio, video, staging and networking.
