Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking an Event Services Technician to assist with floor operations, including setup, strike, and operation of technology solutions in hotel environments while delivering unmatched guest and client service.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, managing equipment, and maintaining accurate event information, with ongoing opportunities to grow technical skills across audio, video, staging, and networking infrastructure.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Prior exposure to audio visual and/or hospitality industry.
• Computer proficiency in hardware, software and networking.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all event sets and strikes are completed according to SOPs.
• Greet guests/clients and provide instructions on equipment.
• Maintain accurate client event information in company systems.
• Ensure inventory is secure and report lost/damaged equipment.
• Continually enhance technical skills in audio, video, staging and networking.
